Both app stores require this page. Google Play requires a publicly reachable account-deletion URL, and Apple requires an in-app deletion path. Keep this page live and keep the address on it monitored.
Deleting your account from the app
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. This removes your profile, your friends and crews, the content you posted, and your tab.
Deleting your account by email
If you can’t reach the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, handle and photo.
- Calls you created, and the video and photo evidence you attached.
- Your comments, votes and tab.
- Your friends, crews and invite relationships.
What can remain
A Call is a shared record between several people. Where another participant’s Call depends on it, the record of the Call itself may remain visible to those participants with your name removed. counsel to confirm this retention wording and the exact retention period
Timing
Deletion requests are actioned within retention window to be confirmed days. Backups are purged on their normal rotation.
