1. What we collect
- Account info — name, phone number or email, profile photo, username.
- Content you create — Calls (bet text, stake, mode), video and photo evidence, comments, votes.
- Social graph — your friends and crews, and invite relationships.
- Usage data — device type, app version, crash logs, general interaction analytics.
- Contacts (optional) — only if you grant permission, to help you find friends already on Playable. You can use Scan QR or an invite link instead, without granting this permission.
2. What we do not collect
Playable does not process payments and does not collect bank account, card, or other financial-instrument details. Any settlement between users — cash, a transfer app, a coffee — happens entirely outside the app.
3. How we use it
To operate core features (creating and resolving Calls, showing your feed and your tab), to notify you when it is your move on a Call, to improve the product, and to keep the platform safe through moderation and abuse prevention.
4. Sharing
- With other users, as directed by your own actions — posting a Call shares it with the participants and crew you chose.
- With service providers who help us run the app (hosting, push notifications, analytics), under contract to protect your data.
- We do not sell your personal data.
5. Video and photo content
Evidence you attach to a Call is visible to that Call’s participants, and to anyone else you explicitly share it with. You control deletion of your own content, subject to it having already been seen or relied on by others in an active Call.
6. Your choices
You can edit your profile, leave a crew, delete content you posted, revoke contact-list access, and request account deletion at any time from Settings or through data deletion.
7. Data retention
We retain Call records, including the vote and consensus history, for as long as your account is active, since they function as a receipt between users. You may request deletion of your account and associated data under Section 6.
8. Children’s privacy
Playable is not directed at children under age to be set per jurisdiction and app-store policy. We do not knowingly collect data from users under this age.
9. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to this policy in the app.
